"Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir benötigten einen Transfer vom Airport zum Hotel und dieser wird eigentlich nur bis 22 Uhr angeboten. Unser Abflug aus Charlotte hatte einige Stunden Verspätung, so dass wir erst weit nach dieser Uhrzeit in Memphis angekommen sind. Ein Anruf im Hotel genügte und wir wurden trotzdem vom Shuttle abgeholt. Das Hotel ist unweit des Flughafens, so dass ein kostenloser Shuttle angeboten wird. Da wir unseren Mietwagen erst am nächsten Tag abgeholt haben, war dieses Hotel für eine Übernachtung perfekt für uns. Das amerikanische Frühstück kennt man ja und deshalb war das Angebot für uns völlig in Ordnung. Wer Graceland besuchen möchte, hat es von hier auch nicht weit."

"Das Frühstück entsprach leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen und der Kaffee war viel zu dünn. Aber alles andere war Top. "

"The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in the city center. The park house is located in a building across the street and is a bit run down. I wouldn‘t recommend a woman going alone to their car at night. The hotel itself is an older building and although it has some charm, the rooms were missing it. There were a lot of cosmetic issues e.g. tiles in the shower, paint etc. The walls and doors of the rooms are very thin, I can only recommend staying in a room that does not have a connecting room. Otherwise you will hear every conversation or movie that takes place or is being watched in the other room. "

"Very nice hotel near to bale street, nice and friendly staff. TV doesn’t work after the battery was replaced with the remote control - but that doesn’t matter for me - was there for the music and not for watching tv ;) Come back soon "
