„The location of this house is spectacular! Beautiful view of the Intercostal ! I was so excited to share this house with friends and family. There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. Drawers in the kitchen were dirty with someone else’s crumbs. I have a dog and I know how important it is to pick up after her but upon my arrival, I was checking things out and noticed ...

„Pros: quiet neighborhood, mostly clean and newer, comfortable bed, good water pressure, close to many things. Cons: the back patio was a mess- ripped screen, dirty, it could have been a nice area to relax but not in the shape it was for us, trash lying around by garbage cans looks awful. Moldy windows and sliding doors in the shower. I sent a video of these things, for as much as we paid I felt disappointed it was not cleaned and fixed.“
