„We had a stopover for one night on the way from Michigan to Tennessee. The hotel was okay for the single night, but we would not want to stay here longer. The cleanliness of both the room and the pool was disappointing. Although we had a non-smoking room the odor of cold smoke was obvious.“

„Room outdated. Microwave old. Bathroom fixtures are old. Ceiling has water marks. Paint is peeling off“

„The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. My room in particle had a really bad musty smell to it. The hotel needs an update“

„After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.“
