This area is fantastic for watersports and fishing. A variety of on-the-water restaurants are just a short drive or boat ride away! The complex offers three pools and walking paths around the Lake.

While the complex has many units, not all are created equal... This particular condo is a Rare 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath Unit. It is easily accessible by elevator. Three of the 4 Bedrooms have private or direct access to full baths. The large deck offers a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove out toward the channel.

You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living areas. Enjoy Spectrum HD Cable TV in the living room and all 4 bedrooms. Bring along your laptop or tablets to log onto the Internet with Free Wi-Fi!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and Dierberg's Supermarket is less than 2 miles away. There will be a brand new electric grill on the deck which meets the new regulations.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, TV, walk-in closet, and a fantastic Lake View through the patio door to the deck. The 2nd bedroom has direct access to the shared full bath, a King sized bed, TV, and ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, TV, and ceiling fan. The spacious 4th bedroom is located in the Loft and is set-up with a Queen sized Bed. There is a Twin Day Bed with a Twin Trundle Bed, TV, and ceiling fan in the loft area as well. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

BOATERS: Our 30 to 40 foot boat slips are available upon request for a small fee. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be just inside the Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge at the 19 mile marker.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!
