Overall the property was great! There are some little things that need added or updated to help the leasee. Such as you can't use a propane charcoal pellet grills (open flame) anywhere on the property that would be nice to know before booking. The informational book needs update with Internet network and password information. The hot water was not on and the instructions in the book was not clear, but we figured it out. Overall great space for my family, thank you! We would book again..

Quick stay, but very nice.

I came in for a 2 night stay andd it was lovely. Eaiser to get to than I expected and the view is much better in person than the pictures. My contact for check in was so helpful and kind. I know where I want to stay the next time I'm at the lake.

Great to be back!

We've stayed at this property before and the only thing we disliked was the couch. It has since been replaced, so we have nothing else to complain about. Great location, beautiful view, nice pool. I don't know if the neighbors are just super quiet or the wall are super thick, but we couldn't hear anything through the walls, ceiling, or floor. Perfect!

Great Condo and Great Location

Our stay at this condo was excellent with a clean facility and great views of the lake. The pool was virtually all ours during our stay and it was in great condition. We were in close proximity to shopping and food. We always enjoy our stays here at Parkside Place Condos!

Exceptional Condo!

Absolutely loved this place and it was perfect for our kid free Spring Break! Super cute and clean - this place offered everything we needed. Close to the events and shopping on Osage Parkway but secluded enough for peace and quiet. We will defend book again.

Great escape!!

The location and view are great. We arrived early and were allowed to check in before the check-in time which spoke volumes. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with necessities. The only minor cons and not deal breakers, was how loud the air conditioner was and the icemaker did not work. Erika, our contact person, was quick in getting back to me and explained they are waiting on part for icemaker. I would recommend Parkview Place to others.

This condo was beautiful & perfect size for my family of 4. My boys (17 & 5) appreciated the gaming systems in the second bedroom. The view was awesome! If you have a larger vehicle, parking can be tricky.

Beautiful old but brand new condo

This condo complex was probably built in the late 80's but the owner has transformed the inside to a beautiful new condo. Expense was not spared from the electrical outlets to the kitchen appliances, television/entertainment and furnishings. The king bed was as comfortable as our own maybe better. The next time we go to the lake we will definitely try to rent this unit again!

Exactly what we needed

The apartment was perfectly located, overlooking the lakes and nearby to restaurants, shopping and the highway. It was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed for our short stay - amazed it had washer and dryer. If we ever come back to the Lakes we would definitely stay in this apartment.
