Outstanding 5 bedroom house with an additional 3 sets of bunk beds in the amazing “Kid's Zone” that can comfortably sleep 14 people. Perfectly located within a few miles from Margaritaville in Osage Beach. Let's begin with Captain Jack's suite room, named after the owner's grandfather that was a Captain in the Coast Guard way back when. You will even find a few pictures and his wheel hanging in this room. Captain Jack's suite offers a queen bedroom with a full bathroom and flat screen TV, just perfect for grandma and grandpa. The 2nd bedroom is a king suite with a full bathroom and flat screen TV. The 3rd and 4th queen bedrooms on this floor have an amazing view of the lake and their own deck to sit out and relax and enjoy that morning coffee. Bedroom 5 has a twin size over full bunk bed set just right for the little ones. 3 out of the 5 bedrooms are en suite, having an adjoining bathroom!! This floor also offers the laundry area and another full bathroom. Now, let’s go downstairs where you will find a newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room and half bath, plus an extra refrigerator in the pantry. This house offers cable TV and Smart TVs to stream on as well. There is plenty of room for everyone to hang out!

But who wants to hang out inside when you have the fabulous outside space this house has to offer. The back deck is very spacious with lots of room for dining, barbequing and just relaxing. Lots of yard space to bring yard games or just let the kids play. The dock is spectacular with 2 slips for your use. Slip 1 is 12' x 31' and slip 2 is 10' x 20'. The dock has a swim ladder, Lily Pad, and picnic table available for your use as well. This house sits in back of a cove perfect for swimming and relaxing on your raft without worrying about all those boats flying by.

We saved the best for 's enter the “KID'S ZONE”, a perfect hangout for the teenagers or just the kids at heart. The “KID'S ZONE” is connected by the front walkway in a building by itself and has a queen sofa sleeper and THREE twin over full bunk beds with additional trundles under each bed. You can sleep 14 out here comfortably and all in beds. This area has a 70” flat screen TV with cable and streaming, an air hockey table, shuffle board table and an old favorite, a Ms. Pac Man machine, and refrigerator for drinks. Don’t worry about parking as we have plenty. You can fit 5-6 cars in the driveway at the house plus right around the corner there is additional parking for more vehicles in front of the garage. We have a path from this garage back to the house and it's well-lit at night too. This house sits at the 22 ½ mm on the water, close to Red Head Yacht Club, Margaritaville, and Shorty Pants just to name a few of our favorites.
