Located in the Gulpinar area of Dalyan approximately 7 minutes walk into the town centre.
Located nearby are several shops and whilst walking into Dalyan you'll find plenty of bars and restaurants.
The apartment is located on the first floor with private entrance.
Upon entering the apartment you will find open plan lounge / dining and fully equipped kitchen and water cooler.
Leading from the corridor is a fully tiled bathroom with large sized shower basin and toilet.
The master bedroom has double aspex windows double bed wardrobe and housed here is washing machine and water boiler.
The second bedroom has twin single beds.
All linen towels and beach towels are provided and are of high quality.
The apartment is fully air conditioned. TV which you can bring a fire stick should you wish to watch English TV. Wi-FI is provided free with the apartment.

Outside there are 4 sunbeds and 2 sun umbrella's.
In total there are 4 apartments of the complex 2 of which are English owned and only 1 which is rented other than my apartment.
To the rear of the complex you will find washing lines.

Also from inside the apartment you can access a balcony with table and chairs over looking the pool and terrace.

The complex is secure with walls and 2 entrance gates adding security for small children.
beyond the boundary walls to the front of the complex is apple parking space for up to 6 cars.
The pool is maintained daily along with the gardens and the terrace washed down daily.
The is stone built BBQ which is shared with the 4 apartments.
