Settle into the easygoing beach life in this fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo in peaceful Ormond-by-the-Sea. With a 30-night minimum stay, it’s an ideal home away from home for snowbirds, families, extended stays, temporary relocations, or anyone lucky enough to spend a month or more by the ocean.

Located on the first floor of Ocean Watch, the condo makes beach living especially easy. Step outside to the patio, walk just a few steps to the community pool, or head out to the beautiful no-drive beach. This quieter stretch of coastline is one of our favorite things about the area — perfect for morning walks, relaxing beach days, or simply enjoying the ocean.

Inside, the condo is comfortable, clean and fully furnished for an extended stay. The primary bedroom has a king bed and Smart TV, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms, a comfortable living room with Smart TV, dining area, and a compact but well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, indoor grill, cookware, dishes and utensils.

High-speed Wi-Fi and utilities are included. Linens and towels are provided, along with beach chairs and an umbrella. Shared laundry is conveniently located just a short walk from the front door.

Ocean Watch also offers a community pool, shared grills, sauna, library and shared storage that’s convenient for bikes. The condo includes one designated parking space, with additional guest parking available.

The location gives you the best of this part of Florida’s coast and is especially well suited for families. Ormond-by-the-Sea has a peaceful, residential feel, and the no-drive beach makes it a wonderful place to spend your days by the ocean. The pool is just steps from the condo, and the beautiful Halifax River is only a few blocks away. Both Daytona Beach and laid-back Flagler Beach are a short drive away, giving you easy access to plenty of restaurants, activities and events while still coming home to the quieter pace of Ormond-by-the-Sea. Daytona Beach International Airport is also conveniently nearby.

Please note: Ocean Watch requires a minimum rental period of 30 nights. Longer seasonal stays are very welcome. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted by the condominium. Guests must comply with Ocean Watch condominium rules during their stay.
