Our vacation home is the real deal. You`ve got spacious digs with an open living area for hanging out, a fully loaded kitchen, and a pool area where you can soak up the Florida Sun.

1st bedroom - king bed (master suite - bathroom attached)
2nd bedroom - king bed
3rd bedroom - two full beds

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver (USD35.00). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
🕙 Late Check-Out

Late check-out incurs a USD 60 fee if departure is completed by 12:00 PM.
After 12:00 PM, a full daily rate will be applied.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

🗑️ Excessive Garbage / Extra Cleaning
A USD 80 fee will apply if the house is left with excessive trash or requires additional cleaning beyond normal use.

🚭 Smoking
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
A USD 250 fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.

🐾 Unauthorized Pets
Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
A USD 250 fee applies for any unapproved pet.
