    5 Stars - We have stayed in Windsor Hills a few times, but this was by far our favorite stay. Our townhome was perfect in every way. Clean and comfortable, it really felt like home. It was gorgeous and beautifully kept.

    We have stayed at many townhouses in Windsor Hills, and this one was the best - by far! It was so clean and everything felt fresh. We had everything we needed - we can’t wait to stay here again!



    5 Stars - Very clean. A great town home. We really appreciated that there was no fee to heat the pool. Loved the huge screen TVs.



    We want you and your family to make wonderful memories, have everything you need, and be comfortable.



    Spend the day at the parks or the pool and then relax in your 3 bed, 3 bath town home with private splash pool. Pool heat included! (a $20 a day value)



    In your town home there is a brand new, fully stocked kitchen, and the master bedroom has a new bed with high quality bedding for a great night sleep. There is free wifi and new smart tvs throughout including a 70" in the living room for a family movie night or the big game, and a 65" in the master bedroom.



    Your family will love this place! Windsor Hills Resort is a top rated, gated community, with resort amenities including pool, water park, resort activities, a playground, arcade, pool bar and grill, marketplace, putting green, tennis courts, shared bbq grills. And its all 5 minutes from Disney. You can't beat the location. There are restaurants, stores and the new Margarita Resort all within a 10 minute drive. Disney is just down the road, as is I-4 for access to Tampa or Daytona.



    Many guests choose Windsor Hills year after year because of its family friendly atmosphere, amenities and location. We hope you enjoy your stay so much, that you make this townhouse your new home away from home.

We have very high standards and this townhome exceeded them! It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable which was great at the end of long days in the parks. The space was perfect for our family! The owner communicated very well and made the process effortless. She even gave us a hint for a backroad to the Disney property and saved us time in traffic. We have already shared the info with a few friends and we will be back!

** 10/10 Excellent Stay**We had an outstanding 11‑day stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we booked, our host Linda was incredibly responsive and made everything simple and stress‑free. The house was spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed — and best of all, it was exactly as shown in the online photos. What you see on VRBO is truly what you get.The private pool was a highlight — warm, clean, and perfect for unwinding after long days. The clubhouse pool is just a short walk away and offered a nice change of pace. The location is ideal: groceries and essentials are only two minutes away, Disney is about 10 minutes, and Universal roughly 30 minutes. We even took a few day trips to Cocoa Beach, which was an easy drive at about 1¼ hours and made for a perfect ocean day.This home made our trip easy, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent property. Clean and well equipped with more than enough space for a family of 4. We got lots of use out of the pool (great temperature) and also used the clubhouse pool a couple of times. Windsor Hills was a great location - everything at Disney could be reached in about 15 minutes and loads of restaurants and grocery stores even closer.

Gorgeous property, furnishings to a high standard and well maintained. Excellent location for Disney parks. Resort had great facilities. Host was very helpful and responded immediately when I contacted. My husband left his AirPods on the last day, I contacted the host who got in touch with the cleaner and we were able to collect them before heading to the airport. Would highly recommend this property and host.

Beautiful Home

This house is beautiful with touches of Disney theming throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you would need on vacation. We have stayed in many vacation homes, including 4 within Windsor Hills, and this is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Communication with the owner was terrific. Excellent Stay

One of the cleanest short term rentals we have ever stayed in! We are Disney Annual pass holders that live out of state, so we travel quite often & this one was top tier. Windsor Hills is always an enjoyable stay, but the host & the home are spectacular. We had a slight issue at check in (arrived late, door code not working) but the host took care of us as soon as possible. I can't recommend this place enough.

Clean and quiet. Has a small private pool just perfect for my 2 girls. Had no problems wirh the home during my stay. Managers were great!! There is no BBQ grill, have to grill off premises or buy your own grill.
