We enjoyed our stay very much. House was great plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for the pool but they promptly returned the money we paid for the pool heat. Communication was very prompt, and Keith was very accommodating with travel plans changing when flights changed due to weather. Only negative was the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped for a house that holds so many people. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Very good week if we ever go back to Orlando we will stay again

Wonderful experience from the time of booking to check-in. The host was on point at replying to messages and concerns. I am looking to renting this property again. Talk about a home fully equipped with every thing for the family. My family had an amazing time at home and didn't really want to go any where but be at home enjoying time. If you are looking for a vacation home to rest and enjoy this is the perfect home.

Family vacation

My family gets together every year for a vacation. My wife’s birthday, my son’s birthday and anniversary are all in the same week. We had grandchildren with us this time and wanted to take them to Disneyland. The house was everything the listing had posted. It’s in a beautiful gated neighborhood close to all the theme parks. The care and the thought that was taken in the design of the home is evident . It is perfectly centered around family and friends entertaining and getting together. The host communicated with all my questions quickly. It’s a beautiful home. If you have small kids, they will love the upstairs . All will enjoy the pool. All in all, a great stay

Small Issues, Recommend Overall

In need of a deep clean - floor was sticky, area rug stained, dust on floorboards, could see previous tenants crumbs from across the room. It’s a rental and they turn quickly. I understand that - but not 5 star worthy if I’m cleaning crumbs upon arrival. Propane tanks was NOT guaranteed to be full — very disappointing and worrisome as it was near empty when starting an evening meal. Property manager is prompt but only during daytime hours — propane got no response until next day. That’s an extra cost — received an email stating it was “guaranteed” to be full, which was not the case. Still awaiting a receipt for returned deposit — which was issued over a week ago. Directions send you to main lodge/waterpark, not rental. So that was a bit confusing. Did enjoy our stay. Neighborhood was safe. Feedback does not reflect a negative stay and would recommend overall just at a lower expectation.

Place is great, neighborhood is nice with a kiddie pool and lazy river with bar within the community. Close to Disney which means traffic anytime you go anywhere only downfall of your going to be staying here and not going to Disney but not the hosts fault so house 5 stars traffic 3 stars

Great place

We loved our trip to this house. It was exactly as described, had lots of room and we had no issues. There were 10 of us including small kids, that loved all the features of the house. The pool and hot tub were very clean and very enjoyable after days at Disney. We fully recommend this place.

Reunion in Orlando

Yearly reunion, first time in Orlando. Size and space for 12 adults was good. Good privacy in the pool area. Pool and hot tub heat worked well. Minor issues that may or may not be important to other guests: the bunk room with a slide out bed is not really suitable for adults. Pool area furniture and electronics could use some updating. Lots and lots of remotes so keep a good stash of batteries and let guests know where they are. Location is great for Disney, maybe not so much for downtown area.

My husband, adult children and significant others totaling 10 stayed for 5 nights for a Disney and Universal trip as a Christmas present. The house is very spacious and as advertised. It was nice for each couple/person to have their own bedrooms and bath!The only draw back was location. With traffic it was 30 minutes to Disney parks and longer to universal. We were on the go and didn’t get to use the resort amenities but they looked great and very well maintained

Avoid

Property was extremely dirty upon arrival and the outdoor furniture was broken. The swiftly changed the furniture and the cleaner arrived but was not interested. We then noticed the dishwasher was black with mould and attempted to clean it but it was broken. Luckily we noticed before using the cutlery as we would have been poorly. The outdoor patio I had to sweep and there was trash left all outside the pool screen. We spoke to the property manager who was helpful but there was only so much he could do as the owner hadn’t paid the bill. The furniture was damaged and shabby overall I would recommend people avoid this property.
