Everything within the resort is walking. You could walk to the nearby outlets and restaurants, though a car is recommended as the roads are a bit busier. Uber/lyft is readily available

Getting around International Drive, Orlando, without a car is not a problem, there's I-Ride!!!

Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.

Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay. Please use the in-unit washer and dryer to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

If personal items are left behind and a return is requested, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left behind after checkout.



🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.

Some amenities are managed by the HOA (such as the pool) and may occasionally close for maintenance or cleaning. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity-related issues.



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine glasses). This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

Situations outside our control may occur, such as construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties. We are unable to provide refunds for any related disruptions.
