Regal Palms Resort is a gated vacation community in Davenport, FL, just 20 minutes from Disney. The resort charges a $20/day + tax fee per home, included in reservation, which gives your entire group full access to all amenities. It’s perfect for families looking for resort-style fun without the crowds or high prices of larger parks. Grocery stores, restaurants, and golf courses are just minutes away.



Guests check in at the resort front desk to receive access bands & parking pass. Then proceed to the townhouse and enter using the electronic lock. Resort amenities include pool, lazy river, spa, gym & more.
