The Pool House-HUGE South Pool-Conservation View!

The Pool House is a luxurious and spacious vacation rental home, with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half-bathroom. It is located in sunny Kissimmee Florida (near Orlando), just minutes from Walt Disney World. The Pool House features a huge, private, heated, southern facing swimming pool and attached spa with a conservation area behind it.

The optional pool and spa heat is available for $40 PER DAY PLUS TAX IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool and spa heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation. Pool and spa heat is included free of charge in June, July and August.

The Pool House is luxurious and spacious. This is our newest villa and the only villa we do not directly own. It is owned by friends of ours, but we do all the bookings and take care of the guests with the same level of service that we provide in all of our other villas. Since this is a new villa for us, it may not have many reviews yet, but we have over 600 reviews on our other properties, so just ask and we’ll send you links to our other properties to see the reviews!

The pool area is the highlight of this villa and why we named it The Pool House. We think all of our guests will remember it as the house with the amazing pool, or "the pool house"! Both the pool and spa are larger than in any of our other villas and probably larger than any villa in the area in this price range. There is also plenty of seating around the pool including a dining table under the covered lanai and a BBQ grill. The second-best feature of this villa is the amazing game room! It features a pool table, a working slot machine (free to play) and both an Xbox and a Play Station. It is also impeccably decorated!

The rest of the villa is also decorated to the highest standards. The floors are all tile except in some of the bedrooms which have hardwood floors. There are TVs in just about every room and the furniture is all high quality. This is a two-story villa with the dining room, living room, kitchen and the queen master suite on the first floor. There is also a half-bath on the first floor. Both the living room and the half-bath have doors to the pool deck.

The living room has a large leather sofa, two comfy chairs and a 50 inch, wall-mounted TV. The open kitchen is separated from the living area with a bar height countertop with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with filtered water and an ice maker. All the cookware, dishes and utensils you need are included. The dining area seats six and there is seating for another five at the kitchen counter.

The Pool House has two master suites. The queen master suite is on the first floor and has an en suite bathroom with a shower stall. The king suite is on the second floor and has an en suite bathroom with a shower stall and a tub. The other three queen bedrooms are all on the second floor. Two of the queen rooms share a bath which has a shower/tub combo in it. There is also another full bath off the upstairs hallway which is perfect for the last queen room to use.

All of our villas are furnished with families in mind. The Pool House has a pack-n-play, a highchair and a stroller. All doors to the pool area have alarms on them and all latches on the exterior screen doors are at least 5 feet high for safety.

The TV and internet service provider in this community only allows service on five TVs. This villa has nine TVs, so only five of them get TV service. Currently we have TV service in the living room and four of the bedrooms, including the two master suites. We are looking into getting a secondary provider to have TV service on all TVs, but until we resolve this, we can move the TV boxes to other TVs to accommodate your needs.
