We went in needing a solid family experience at a reasonable price. This unit checked all of our boxes, large fridge, close to Universal and Disney, ability to cook, clean, secure, pool facility, and sleeps at least 6. Only small knock is out of their control as some maintenance on the community grills is needed.Didn’t expect a staffed tiki bar at the pool and workout rooms, which made for a more positive experience for sure. We would definitely recommend and would book again!

This is our second stay and as always it is absolutely a great place to stay! We love Weini our host, and you will too. We will be staying again next year as well for our cheer competition. We are planning a family trip to Disney and looking forward to staying here as well. The check in process was easy and is close to everything. Love the condo. So go and enjoy them.

Nice location with great amenities. Very dog friendly. End unit with great lake views. Well maintained and stocked by owners. Great value while being close to everything. Free parking. Within walking of some shops and food.

We stayed in the condo 4 weeks and really enjoyed it. It is very clean, comfortable, quiet and so close to Disney Springs and Disney parks. The lake view is pretty and peaceful. The host is welcoming and helpful for any needs.

We stayed 2 weeks in January at this wonderful condo. It is very convenient, comfortable, quiet and clean. The host is so nice and wanted us to enjoy our stay. We have reserved 2 weeks in February also!

Great undercover parking. Very secure and safe. Didn't use the gym but looked well equipped. Very spacious unit. Appliances were quite date, but all worked. Lounge TV was small with a very dated viewing selection. TV in the main bedroom came on but remote did not work. Stunning views of the lake. Great swimming pools, hot tub and tikki bar. Hosts were very accomodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

This property is wonderfully located and has beautiful view of the lake. Has great space for a family, we were 5 and were very comfortable. Pool area is great, and you can take your dog with you all over the property.

Vacation with a beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Host was prompt at responding with any questions. The property has amazing view of Lake Bryan and we were able to see the fireworks at Disney.

Beautiful, convenient, family friendly listing.

We loved the property! We had the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. The staff we friendly. We loved the convenience of the location and the tiki bar at the pool. And you could not beat the view! Would stay here again for sure!

Great communication and nice place

The condo was extremely nice and the communication was great. We even had part of our party arrive a few hours early and they were flexible enough to allow us to add that person to the reservation so he could get the room key and not wait on the rest of the party. Everything was great.

Relaxed

We were in town for a club sporting event at the Orange County Convention Center. Four days of non-stop volleyball. The resort was a nice place to come back to. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping centers if you wanted to do something. If you wanted to just stay and relax, the pool and Tiki bar were a nice place to just chill, eat, and drink. We had a nice stay.

This is our 2nd stay on property. Easy check in helpful front desk easy access to parks and restaurants. Nice pool. The host always returned calls and addressed any question or need that arose. Top shelf!

Thanksgiving 2024

My husband and I have stayed at Blue Heron previously but this is the first time we had the rest of the family come. We specifically looked for a 2 bedroom with more floor space. This unit was comfortable for 5 adults and a 5 month old. The kitchen had all the essentials and the condo was clean when we arrived. The location is perfect with easy access to restaurants and attractions.

Great stay

Very clean, secure, and local to many attractions. I frequent Orlando quite often for business and pleasure. Beautiful house with great neighbors. It’s spacious, clean, and around the clock security. The hosts check-in with you to make sure you're accomadated, and for the price you can’t beat this. Access to 3 pools and a hot tub, gym, and bar by the pool. Will definitely be returning here in the future
