Property is Amazing, everything is new, bedding, towels, bright and cheery. The Resort area is beautiful and fun, my only complaint there is they do not allow you to bring in drinks or food, not even an empty water bottle to fill at their water station s. The communication with the host was poor. They blamed the verbobapp, but they answered us right back when we arrived to a dirty goes,, we had use towels and dirty beds that the house keeper had to come and clean before we could settle in, but when we told them of the jets on the spa work not working… it wasn’t until the final day that we were there that they had them fixed and we asked everyday . I also asked a few questions about there being an out door grill and if they thought we needed the pool to be heated with no response. So communication is poor. The cleaning lady did have to go and get us towels and dish soap and a few other essential that we’re supposed to be in the house, even after making a few trips to the store for things we were still left with pillows that had no pillowcases, no trash bags, and just 1 roll ofTP in each bathroom. We went out and bought our own TP, dish soap and paper towels.
