The home comes with 2 spacious living areas, one on each floor and includes a large 65" flat screen smart TV and comfortable sofa's so you can put your feet up after a long day out at the theme parks.

The villa is just 15 miles away From Disney World, 22 Miles to Universal Studios and 15 Miles to Orlando Premium Outlets, a retail shopping and dining heaven!

The villa has Air Conditioning throughout & ceiling fans. Fresh towels & bed linen are provided.

You can also have peace of mind as it is a gated community with on site security. In addition, we also change the door & alarm codes for each of our guests from your checkin until checkout.

Bedroom 1 - Master Suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower & bath tub, 2 Sinks and external door leading to the pool and 42" TV and walk in wardrobe/closet.

Bedroom 2 - King Bed, 42” TV with walk in wardrobe/closet, outside the bedroom is a bathroom with large shower.

Upstairs/2nd Floor:

Bedroom 3 - Master Suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower with jack & Jill sinks, 42" TV and walk in wardrobe/closet.

Bedroom 4 - Twin King room (2 double beds) with walk in wardrobe & shared ensuite with bedroom 5, 32" TV.

Bedroom 5 - Twin Beds (Harry Potter themed) Walk in wardrobe and shared ensuite with bathroom 4. 32" TV.

Bedroom 6 - Twin Beds (Super Hero Themed) Walk in wardrobe and next door to upstairs bathroom. 32" TV.

Bedroom 7 - Twin Beds (Mickey & Mini Themed) Walk in wardrobe and next door to upstairs bathroom. 32" TV.

All bedrooms have MP3 player alarm clocks, and all of the televisions are SmartTV's so you can stream your favourite shows using Netflix, Hulu and more.

Pool & Outdoor Entertaining Area

Our sunny south facing deck area has been extended to give you more room to entertain. The extended decking area includes a Pool & Jacuzzi Spa, 6 Sun lounger and outdoor table and chairs. The villa backs on to a conservation area and a lake with no other homes backing on to our villa to provide you with extra privacy.

* Pool heat is $30 plus tax per night. Pool heat is recommended October - April.

* Pool heat is set to 88 F and the hot tub is set to 100-102 F.

* Pool heat timer runs from 8am - 8pm.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal with a large pantry with plenty of storage space, as well as a coffee maker.

Our indoor dining table has room for 8 people and overlooks our beautiful pool and decking area.

Our downstairs living room has a 65" Smart TV with Spectrum cable TV and seating for 7, our upstairs living area has a large L shape couch with room for 6-7 people and an additional 65" SmartTV.

This villa also ensures that there is plenty of entertainment for the children and their families as our garage has been converted in to a games room, equipped with a pool table, air hockey, 8000 in one games machine to give you endless hours of fun!

Solterra Resort is located just minutes away from Champions Gate, has a gate at the front of the community with security,. The resort has a stunning clubhouse with an indoor gym, large outdoor pool & waterslide, and a lazy river with sun loungers all around. It also has a cafe, serving refreshments and a play area for children and 2 tennis courts.

We have super-fast 250mbps Wi-Fi throughout the house with Wifi-6 technology & a Wi-Fi mesh so the Wi-Fi is the fastest it can be throughout the home, pool area and games room.

All televisions are smart tv's with Netflix enabled so you can login and watch your favourite shows. Wifi is FREE for all guests. We also have cable tv too!
