The Space:

This five-bedroom home at Paradise Palms is set up to comfortably host up to eleven guests without feeling tight. The main floor has an open kitchen, dining area with seating for eight, and a living room where everyone can gather without crowding. The layout keeps everything connected and easy to use throughout the day.



Downstairs includes a queen bedroom and a Frozen-themed room with two twin beds, along with a shared bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs, there are two king bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bathroom, plus a Marvel-themed room with one full bed and one twin bed. The setup works well for families or mixed groups, giving a good balance between shared and private space.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.



RVs are NOT allowed in the community.



The pool can be heated, and the cost for the pool heat is $35 per day; this needs to be requested for the entire stay and at least 72 hrs in advance.
