• Every guest will have to register at 2700 Sand Mine Rd, Davenport, FL 33897 before arriving at the property



Parking:

• The home accommodates 2 vehicles: 1 in the private garage and 1 in the driveway.

• Need additional parking? Up to 3 extra vehicles may park overnight at the community clubhouse. 3 parking passes are provided at check in.

• Clubhouse overnight parking is permitted for up to 3 vehicles. Each vehicle must display a valid parking pass at all times



Resort Amenities & Mandatory Fee:

Regal Palms Resort has a mandatory fee of $22.50 per day paid directly to the resort which will cover resort use and towels. A $100 security deposit will be payable directly to the resort upon arrival and will be refunded on departure as long as towels and wristbands are returned.

This fee grants full access to:

• Fitness center
