-KITCHEN/DINNING RM: has plenty of seating for your whole family. The two large dining room tables can seat up to 16 guests with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is completely stocked with all dinnerware, flatware, and pot & pans. Complete with 2 large fridges and 2 dishwashers.

-SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: 14 bedroom en-suites: (we provide all linens, pillows, comforters, towels, and pool towels). There are a total of 8 King beds, 2 Queen Beds, 7 Double beds, and 4 Twin beds.

-RESORT: guests have full access to the Veranda Palms Resort at no additional cost. Enjoy the large pool, fitness center, kids' play area, and relaxing in shade.

POOL/JACUZZI HEATING:

Pool and jacuzzi heating is available for $30 per day with a minimum of 3 days. Please provide at least 2 days’ notice if you would like to add this service. Keep in mind that, depending on the weather, it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to fully heat, so we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Thank you for your understanding!

BBQ USAGE:

A one-time fee of $50 applies for the use of the BBQ, regardless of the number of days you use it. Propane will be provided for your convenience.

PARKING:

You can park up to 7 cars in the driveway. Please note there is no street parking at anytime. The Resort will tow all cars parked on the street (even for unloading), and on the grass. There is some additional parking near the clubhouse but it does fill up quickly. Thank you for your understanding!
