You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions two days before your arrival, so you can head straight to the home without any waiting.
Optional add-on services are available for an additional fee:
• BBQ Grill: $40 USD for the entire stay (includes a gas cylinder; guests are responsible for refills).
• Pool Heating: $25 USD per day (minimum 5 days). Must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. See Pool Heat Disclaimer in the House Rules.
We also offer early check-in and late check-out upon request. Additional fees apply, and availability is not guaranteed, so please confirm with us in advance.

Please note: This is a self-catering vacation rental. Guests are responsible for bringing consumable items such as toiletries, food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and other personal essentials.
Community Requirements – Windsor at Westside:
• All guest names must be provided before arrival, as required by the resort.
• Unregistered guests will not be permitted entry.
• A maximum of 5 vehicles is allowed per reservation.
House Manual
Knowing the Rules to Avoid Hassles:
- Treat and respect this property as if it was your own home.
- Do Not Smoke Inside the House – Violators will be severely charged.
- No animals or pets of any kind can be kept, allowed, or permitted on or in the premises unless written consent is per the lease agreement.
- Do NOT set up Air Conditioner Thermostat under 73F (avoid freeze-up).
- Keep doors and windows closed when Air Conditioning is ON.
- Try to save water and energy. Excessive consumption will be charged.
- Do not change Pool Heater Temperatures or Pump Timer.
- If you have not received the Alarm Code. Please don’t touch it. You can be fined for False Alarm.
- Immediately clean any spills or stains on upholstery, mattresses, linens, and towels to avoid additional charges.
- Try to replace any accidental breakage with a similar piece.
- Do not rearrange any furniture.
- Locked closets, Cabinets & Storage are for owner use only. Please do not force it open.
- Respect Check-In and Check-Out Time. If early Check-In or Late Check-Out is needed, the guest must request one of our agents. If available, there will be a fee.
- Observe Quiet Time Hours after 9:00 p.m.
- Do not leave trash or excessive packaging in the house. Ensure your garbage is properly disposed of in 13-gallon or smaller trash bags. You can be fined for improper garbage disposal.

The house accommodates up to 16 guests, including children.
Late Check-out Policy
If check-out exceeds more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time, a late check-out fee of 65% of the daily rate will be applied.
Optional Fees (if requested in advance)
BBQ Grill: $40.00 for the entire stay (includes grill with gas cylinder — guest is responsible for gas refill).
Pool Heat: $25.00 per day (5-day minimum) — must be requested in advance and subject to availability. (See Pool Heat Disclaimer below)
Guest Registration & Resort Policies
All guest names must be provided prior to check-in, as required by Windsor at Westside. Unregistered guests will not be allowed into the resort.
Check-in instructions and voucher will only be sent after you provide the full list of guests via chat.
A maximum of 5 vehicles is allowed per reservation.
Damage & Cleanliness Policy
The house is inspected before and after each stay. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
Stained or damaged towels will be charged.
All trash must be bagged properly in 13-gallon or smaller trash bags.
Improper trash disposal will result in a $55 fine
Pool Heat Disclaimer
The pool can heat approximately 10–15°F above the outside temperature.
In temperatures below 50°F, the heater may not function effectively or could shut down.
The same heating system is used for both the pool and spa.
If pool heat was not requested prior to check-in, please note it may take 24–48 hours to reach desired temperature, depending on weather.
No refunds will be issued for heater inefficiency due to cold weather conditions.
Pool heat is maintained regularly, but may experience unexpected failures. In that case, a partial refund will be issued for the unused paid days — no additional compensation will be offered.
Do not tamper with pool heater settings or timer. Any unauthorized adjustments will make the guest responsible for any damage or repair costs to the pool equipment.
Pool heat operates daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, keeping water at approximately 80–85°F.
Pool heating is only offered during the fall and winter months.
Late Pool Heat Request Administrative Fee:
$50.00 if requested during the week
$100.00 if requested during the weekend
