Note: A one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is charged based on the number of guests. For 1-12 guests, the fee is $35, and for 13+ guests, it's $45. This fee covers a Resort Access Card (max 2 cards per party) for pool entry. Only credit/debit cards are accepted.

As you enter through the charming gatehouse, you will feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. Water conservation areas and luscious greenery around the community creates a peaceful home environment.

An elaborate, spacious 6,700 sqft clubhouse encompasses an internet room, fitness center and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a resort style pool, picnic area, children's playground and volleyball court.

PARTIES: That community has very strict NO parties policy. There are security people and off duty Sherrif officers to enforce the law working in the community. The HOA has contracted with the security company in order to provide manned vehicle roving every evening. The roving service searches noise complaints and for cars not parked in a designated area and immediately calls the tow truck. If we receive complains there is a party going on in the property, a penalty fee will be charged.

Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP!!

The best way to get around the central Florida area is by car. We would advice our guests to rent a car. Rental cars are in general very cheap in the Orlando area. Free parking is provided inside the resort.
