⚠️ RESORT AMENITY UPGRADE NOTICE – FALL 2026

Please note that Solterra Resort is currently completing exciting upgrades to portions of its aquatic amenities.

The lazy river closed beginning September 8, 2026, followed by the resort pool and hot tub beginning September 22, 2026. These amenities are currently expected to reopen around December 14, 2026, subject to construction, inspections, and final approvals.

During this time, the Clubhouse remains open, along with Café Sol and delivery service, the fitness center, sports courts, The Lawn recreation area, clubhouse services, and other available recreation areas.

These improvements include renovations to the aquatic areas as well as the installation of a new resort bar, and we're excited for our guests to enjoy the upgraded amenities once completed.

Most importantly, Modern Breeze's private screened-in pool remains OPEN and is not affected by the resort renovations.
