Soak In The Sun - NEW Pool Home

Set in a lovely quiet gated community, this home will be a welcome home from home afer a day at the parks! Enjoy the pool area with conservation view and grill free for your use.

This home comprises of Living room with large screen tv, vaulted ceiling giving it that airy feel, patio door to the lanai and pool deck.

Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils and cutlery. Everything you need for cooking up a meal should you chose to have a night in.

Utility room with washer and dryer.

Two master bedrooms, both with ensuite, tv's and ceiling fans. Both with access to the pool deck.

Two sets of twin bedrooms, both with tv's and ceiling fans. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

The pool deck has loungers and dining chairs and table where you can soak up rays!

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $25.00 / per day - must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with only a starter toilet paper and hand soap. Any additional supplies needed the guest will be responsible for.

BBQ Grill: is available for an additional $70.00 / per stay - must request for this in advance.
