Welcome to your Hidden Mickey Getaway! HAS TWO KING BEDS! NEW VINYL FLOORS INSTALLED NO CARPET IN THE HOME!!!! This home is located within Solterra Resort with its own private pool, close to some of Orlando's best dining and theme parks! Service animals accepted!

This beautiful security-gated resort community features a lazy river, lagoon-style pool with a beach entrance and a waterslide, jacuzzi, cabanas, restaurant, fitness center, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, plus a children's playground and lawn area! (Access to the amenities requires a $40 one time fee)

The Space:
The space is perfect for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The open concept is accentuated by a view of the pool, providing lots of space to entertain. The large kitchen island, complete with a wine cooler and sink, gas stove, and lots of countertop space, is perfect for cooking meals and entertaining.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to the home and resort amenities(for a $40 fee). There are two designated parking spots outside the home, along with guest parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Towing is strictly enforced for cars not parked in designated spots or without the proper parking pass for the entire stay.

Getting Around:
The Club house, gym, Café Sol, lagoon-Pool, and lazy River are all within a 5 min walk of the home. Parking is limited at the club house so it might be easier to walk there after dropping others off if there is no parking.

Other Things to Note:
Optional pool heat is available for $30/day with a two-day minimum, applicable for the entire stay. We recommend pool heat between the months of October and May. Resort amenties are available for a one time fee of $40.

Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this amenity to ensure optimal time for the pool to be properly heated.

Very nice and fully equiped House

We were there only on a short visit, but the house is really nice and very well equiped. It was very clean, the kids specially loved the very warm pool! Great host, very good communication at all times! Definitely recommended!

Lots of space

We arrived at 6AM on Sunday so we booked starting Saturday so that we could straight to the property and recover from our red eye flight. I was nervous that something would go wrong but it didn’t. The gate guard had our name and the host had given us the code for the lock on Saturday. It was a little too last minute for me, but we did get it in time for our arrival. The place was clean and stocked well with dishes. We went shopping for supplies and I did end up getting more essentials like toilet paper and laundry detergent because there wasn’t enough for a 5 person seven day stay. It was well stocked for more of a weekend stay. The kids enjoyed the back yard pool on the first night and I was pleasantly surprised that we weren’t bothered by mosquitos.All the appliances worked well. We cooked breakfasts and the occasional frozen pizza. One night we cooked a frozen pizza and the smoke alarms went off even though we didn’t see or smell any smoke from the oven. They went off eventually after cracking opening the door. No harm no foul. The water pressure and temperature for showering was great. The worst part for us was the traffic to the parks. Granted it was a holiday week (ski week) for many schools so I’m sure traffic was more than usual. We have stayed closer to the parks on our previous visit so I wasn’t prepared for the traffic.Overall the place was nice and as advertised. The price was great for a seven day holiday week stay.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The property was very nice, lots of added extras provided (booster car seat, stroller, pack and play). Corn hole and some card games. We enjoyed playing games in the evening. Cooking dinner together and enjoyed the pool at the house as well as at the resort! Brandon and Nicole were extremely helpful any time we needed them they were very prompt to answer. Very close to restaurants and stores. (Ford’s Garage is a must spot to try). We absolutely loved our time here!! If I had one suggestion it would be for a full size coffee pot, but we did survive making a couple of pots at a time for our group!

Would rent again

Traveled from PA for Disney and found it way better to rent a house than stay in Disney with two families. The drive to Disney is around 13 miles but depending on traffic can take anywhere from 20-40mins. That didn’t bother us. The house itself was clean and the home owners were super responsive. We arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated us. We did pay for pool heat and felt the pool took well over 24hrs to warm up. In hindsight we would not have paid for the heat and just went without the pool if it was going to take that long. The heat goes on when you arrive for your stay, I guess we thought it would have been warm upon arrival. The resort pool was very warm and should have just put our money towards that. We had some hiccups with a broke shower handle which kept water running for days. Again, the home owners were really responsive and we were able to eventually work through it. Overall we would rent the house again and the house was clean which is always my biggest concern when traveling.

Big house, perfect location

This is a large townhouse the perfect size for our family of 8. Location is great, not too far from any attraction. We paid to have the pool heated and it was definitely worth it, the kids spent time in there every day. We went to the club pool a few times, such a nice spot. Note that kids under 48” cannot use the slide, my two were super bummed! The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but we could have used a few more garbage bags and dishwasher tabs. I think they only give two or three so bring a couple from home if you don’t want to buy. The baby items (playpen, high chair and stroller) made our lives and travel so much easier. Would recommend to friends! Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay

All in all, we had a great stay at this property. Hosts were responsive, house was great for my families needs, kids had a blast in the pool and at the community center. We had chilly weather so we couldn’t use the community center as much as we would have liked to, but that’s out of anyone’s control! Only grievance I can recall is that the community had exterior painting work going on during our stay, which prevented us from opening windows for a breeze due to the plastic coverings on the windows for painting. Otherwise, Everything about this rental was great and just what we needed. We’d absolutely rent again! Thanks!

I couldn't have asked for a better place!

We decided to book a week in Disney and decided to opt for a condo instead of going the conventional route of staying at a Disney resort. Safe to say this was the best decision we made! The condo was beautiful and I couldn't recommend it enough. The host was amazing to deal with and even bought and sent us board games a day before a hurricane hit so that we'd have something to do. Great value

Overall, I think for the price of our stay, it was a great value. Things we enjoyed: the decor, the screened in patio and pool, the cookware provided, smart TVs, laundry room and communication with host. Things that could have been better: lack of basic necessities such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. I understand putting a limit on those items but for 6 people, we were out of trash bags and paper towels the first night. The check in process was annoying as each person with a vehicle needed to be added to the list via the host. That was eventful as the phone service is awful in that community. Afterward, I was told to pick up our car passes at the front gate and when doing so, the attendant told me that each vehicle needed to drive through separately to get car pass. It was a lot of back and forth and not how I wanted to start my vacation. I will note that the host said they had a system update and was the reason for the car pass issue, so I won’t hold it against them.

A lovely relaxed stay

We enjoyed our time at the property. The house was spacious and quiet. The kids loved the bedrooms. And the adults were happy to be able to spread out too. Having a few additional details like salt and pepper and a small refillable bottle of cooking oil etc in the kitchen would have been welcomed. It would also have been great to have some board games around for when we were all inside on the rainy days. The clubhouse pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all when lightening wasn’t nearby!

Hidden Gem!

This was my first vrbo booking and it did not disappoint. Excellent location away from busy Orlando, yet close to the major attractions. Only 20 mins to the parks. The clubhouse was great! Very nice and clean. Lazy river was awesome. And the home was only an 8 minute walk to the clubhouse. Very quiet and spacious. Super clean and quiet. Brandon was super responsive with questions and i felt so welcome it was fantastic. Definitely would book again.
