Welcome to your dream vacation home in Kissimmee, where luxury meets convenience! This stunning 21-bedroom, 20.5-bathroom retreat is ideal for large groups, weddings, corporate retreats, family gatherings, or friends' reunions, offering unmatched comfort and easy access to Orlando's attractions.

- First home features six themed bedrooms with king beds (Star Wars, Mario, Health, Peace, Love, Travel), a Minions-themed room with twin beds, and two full-over-full bunk rooms (Moana and Nemo) sleeping five each.
- Second home includes four king bedrooms on the main floor, three king bedrooms and three queen bedrooms on the second floor, plus two themed rooms (Lion King and Mickey Safari) with full-over-full bunks sleeping eight total.

Pool Heat Fee: $130 per day for both pools. Temperature is set to 85°F; if air temps drop below 70°F, pool temperature may decrease significantly without the cover on overnight. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply.

Wedding parties and events are welcome—plenty of space for masterminds and corporate retreats. A $350 pet fee applies per pet, with $150 refundable if no damage occurs.
