Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. The king master suite has its own bath complete with a soaking tub, separate shower, and direct pool access - your own quiet corner at the start and end of each day. A second bedroom offers a king bed, the Harry Potter themed room features 2 twin beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Every bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fan.
 
Outdoor living
Step outside to a private backyard with an oversized pool, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area. A BBQ grill sits on the patio for casual cookouts, and lake access is available nearby for guests who want to venture out. Free parking on premises and free street parking keep arrivals easy. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook from scratch - refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, and a full set of dishes, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, and cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper are all stocked.
 
Entertainment & game room
The air-conditioned game room - converted from a garage - delivers non-stop fun with arcade games, a pool table, a foosball table, board games, life size games, and exercise equipment. The family room adds a smart TV and direct access to the pool area, and an Ethernet connection supports anyone who needs a reliable connection for work or streaming.
 
Family-friendly features
Young guests are well looked after with a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, a children's playroom, and an outdoor playground. Babysitter recommendations are available, and breakfast is provided to start each morning with ease.
 
Comfort & essentials
Single-level living means no stairs throughout the home. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep every room comfortable year-round. The washer and dryer handle laundry mid-trip, and the home is stocked with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, hangers, an iron, clothing storage, and all bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A dedicated workspace supports remote work when needed.
 
Safety & access
Two exterior security cameras are present - one at the front, one at the back - neither facing the interior of the home. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all provided. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless. A private entrance, nearby laundromat, and resort access round out the practical side of the stay. Bikes are available for exploring the area.

Situated in the Orlando Area, the home puts you close to everything the region offers - theme parks, dining, and local attractions - while giving you a full private home to come back to. Long term stays are welcome, and housekeeping is available at an additional cost.
