Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. The king master suite offers a restful retreat with a king bed, its own bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, and direct access to the pool area. A second bedroom features another king bed. The Harry Potter themed room includes 2 twin beds, while the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed. Each bedroom includes a TV and ceiling fan, along with room-darkening shades and clothing storage to support a comfortable stay.

Living spaces
The family room creates a relaxed gathering place with a TV and comfortable seating, with easy access to the pool area for indoor-outdoor flow throughout the day. The home’s single-level layout allows guests to move easily between shared spaces and private bedrooms. A dedicated workspace and Wifi provide support for remote work if needed.
