Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. The king master suite has its own bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and direct pool access. A second bedroom offers a king bed, while a third features a Harry Potter themed room with 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Every bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fan.

Game room & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room - converted from the garage - is a full entertainment hub with arcade games, a pool table, a foosball table, board games, and exercise equipment. Life size games add a playful twist, and theme room decor throughout the home brings extra personality to the space.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. A dining table seats the group comfortably, and breakfast is provided to start each morning with ease.

Outdoor living
The private backyard centers on an oversized pool - ideal for cooling off or simply floating through a Florida afternoon. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated outdoor dining area set the scene for relaxed meals and easy evenings. The BBQ grill is ready for use with charcoal and utensils included. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Guests also have lake access nearby via a path or dock.

Family-friendly features
Young travelers are fully catered for with a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, a children's playroom, and an outdoor playground. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.

Home comforts & essentials
Single-level living means no stairs throughout. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, hangers, iron, and clothing storage are all provided. A dedicated workspace and wifi support remote work when needed, and an Ethernet connection is available. A game console and TV with standard cable add to the entertainment options indoors.

Safety & security
Two exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - neither faces the interior of the home. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all in place.

Location & access
Situated in the Orlando Area, the home offers self check-in via smart lock and a private entrance. Resort access to nearby facilities is included, with a laundromat close by. Bikes are available for guests, and free parking on premises plus free street parking make coming and going simple. Long-term stays are welcome, and housekeeping is available at an extra cost.
