We LOVED this property! The home was rented with another couple when we were in the Orlando area for our girls' national cheer competition at ESPN. The home is in a very nice gated community, with excellent access to recreation and disney parks. We walked to get a cup of coffee in the mornings at DD, had close proximity to the grocery store to have meals at the house, and were able to enjoy the hot tub and patio in between our time at ESPN. Admittedly a bed and pillow snobs, we found the master bed/pillows to be very comfortable. The guest before us identified that the dryer wasn't working properly - Brett called and asked if it was OK to service it. He did and we were able to travel home with suitcases full of clean laundry. He also told us about golf clubs which could be used and made sure we were comfortable in the house.
Obviously from the photos, the house is 3 stories, so you will be taking some stairs. This was totally OK with us - though if a person had some mobility issues, it may be a bit of a challenge. The additional space over the garage was very nice and sadly it went unused! We look forward to staying at this home again.
