We welcome you to our beautiful professionally decorated and furnished 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa located at Lake Berkley Resort. Have your vacation here in comfort and relaxation with air conditioning throughout.

The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided.
There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
We have a games room with pool table, so start planning those family tournaments now.
The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
