This home is dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and the yard, hot tub and perfectly heated pool made it easy to relax and enjoy time at the house. The location is excellent—close to plenty of restaurants and convenient to all the Orlando attractions. There’s also a nice little park just half a block away, which was perfect for quick walks.Inside, the layout worked really well for our group, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms offering plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well-equipped with TVs and a nicely stocked kitchen. (The skillets were a bit worn, but we picked up an inexpensive replacement during our month-long stay.)Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent—very responsive and easy to work with throughout our stay.The surrounding neighborhood is a bit run down and doesn’t have an HOA, and most of the nearby homes appeared to be rentals. Because of that, it was fairly noisy on weekends with loud parties nearby.Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located home with good amenities—and don’t mind a livelier neighborhood vibe on weekends—this is a good choice.
