Early check-in and late check-out (latest 3pm) may be available for $25/hour — just request at least 24 hours (check-in) or 12 hours (check-out) ahead, based on availability. Please request any other reservation changes at least 12 hours in advance so we can coordinate our cleaning schedule.

Good to Know Before You Book
* The pool is not screened in, so occasional leaves or debris from rain or wind may appear; it's cleaned weekly and a pool net is provided
* This property includes an attached private guesthouse with its own separate entrance, currently occupied long-term by the host's family. It does not have access to the main house or any of its amenities (pool, yard, etc.), so your family's stay remains private
* Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway; no garage access
* Weekly pool and yard maintenance is required and cannot be skipped
* Exterior security cameras cover the perimeter only and run 24/7
