Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Morning light spills across the private patio and the fully fenced backyard, creating a calm setting where you can step into the day at your own pace. The pool and spa sit just beyond the sliding doors, ready for a soak whenever the mood strikes. Inside, bright rooms, a skylight over the staircase, and thoughtfully laid-out spaces make it simple to settle in with family or friends for a few days or a few weeks.

Sleeping arrangements
This home holds up to 14 guests across five bedrooms, plus a queen sofa bed in the family room. The first-floor master suite includes a king bed, a standalone shower, a soaking tub, and sliding doors that open straight onto the pool deck. A second ensuite upstairs offers a king bed. The remaining bedrooms are made up of 2 queen beds, 2 single beds in a themed room, and 1 full bed with 1 twin bed. Every bedroom has a smart TV and ceiling fan, and the family room’s sectional pulls out into a queen sofa bed with its own smart TV.

Living and entertainment
A dedicated workspace sits in its own room with a door, suited to quiet video calls or catching up on email. The air-conditioned game room is built for downtime, with a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, and board games on hand. Younger guests have their own children’s playroom stocked with life-size games, books, and toys, along with baby safety gates and a pack ‘n play for the smallest travelers. Central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans throughout, and room-darkening shades keep things comfortable no matter the season.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is set up for real cooking, with stainless appliances, granite counters, and an oven with a built-in air fryer alongside the usual cookware and tableware. A dining table seats the group for shared meals, and coffee, a drip maker, and a Keurig cover the mornings.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with a private patio, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers for lounging between pool sessions. The pool and spa are available year-round, with heating offered for an added cost. A charcoal grill is on site, with a propane grill available to rent, and a half bath opens directly onto the pool area so no one has to track water through the house.

Amenities and essentials
In-unit washer and dryer access, bathroom essentials, and bidet-equipped bathrooms are included throughout. The living areas feature a 65-inch HDTV with multiple streaming services, plus exercise equipment and board games for rainy days. Families traveling with little ones will find a crib, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and an outdoor playground ready to go. Exterior cameras face outward across the property for peace of mind, and parking includes four driveway spaces plus free street parking.

Neighborhood
Set in the Orlando area with free access to nearby resort facilities, this home puts you close to the major theme parks, golf courses, and shopping the region is known for. A nearby path or dock offers lake access, and a shared gym is just around the corner for anyone keeping up a routine while away.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
