The host was welcoming, always available. The pool and hot tub were amazing. And the great room and kitchen were so nice and comfortably had room for all 15 of us. We also loved the many bedrooms and bathrooms, all in good working condition. We liked that there was security in the neighborhood, too.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room, big open floor plan in common areas that promotes family and friend gatherings. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend. Some family favorites were the mini pickleball court and the home theater room upstairs, which had an excellent surround sound system. Felt like you were at the movies !

Super clean & close to all of Disney’s parks. A few small issues but called the maintenance staff and they were right on it. Purchased some non-skid rugs & left those at the property. Twenty of us were very comfortable for the week.

Family time

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We were there for a reunion and the house was exactly as pictured. The only negative was that it did not have a big grill. Since it was the 4th of July we needed a bigger grill and ended up buying another smaller grill.

Fathers Day Family Summer Vacay

Perfect location for all things Orlando , definitely be back next year ! My family had a blast , the only thing that could have made it better would be access to the community Water Park !

Women’s Retreat

Me and my family and a few friends stay at the house for a women’s retreat. We wanted a place to relax and escape reality and this property definitely provided that. It’s absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely rent this location again

Thursday, we lost power for 4 hours. Thursday through Friday - we had no wifi. We got WiFi on Saturday; We were unable to work. No WiFi, No TV, and no cell phone service. A recommendation is that the lawn service should not come while the house is being rented. We were unable to hear. We paid for the pool to be heated, but on Saturday and Sunday, it was not. I would suggest having a K-cup machine, painting the doors and cleaning the carpets. The overall stay was good, I would recommend this property to others
