Large sliding glass doors open to a private patio overlooking a peaceful green space, offering a quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the parks or relaxing after a full day of adventure, you'll find everything you need to feel right at home.

We recommend having a vehicle during your stay, although rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival. Our housekeeping team is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness to help ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



Resort Access:

Emerald Island Resort requires a one-time resort access fee of $20 plus tax per vehicle, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. This fee covers gate access and vehicle registration for the duration of your stay.

All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Check-Out:

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Our housekeeping team arrives promptly after departure to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future reservations. Unauthorized late departures may result in a fee of up to $300.



Starter Supplies:

This is a self-catering vacation home. To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter supply of household essentials, which may include toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and basic toiletries. These items are intended to help you get started and may not last for the duration of your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need during their visit.



Our kitchen is equipped with the essentials you'll need to prepare everyday meals during your stay. Please help us care for the home by disposing of food waste properly. Avoid pouring grease, oil, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the sink, as they can cause plumbing issues. If the home is equipped with a garbage disposal, please use it only for small food particles while running cold water.



If you notice anything missing or have any concerns upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist.



Pet Policy:

This home is pet friendly! We welcome your furry companions and kindly ask that they are supervised at all times, cleaned up after, and treated with the same care and respect as the home itself. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning that may be required after their stay.

Please follow all Emerald Island Resort and HOA regulations regarding parking, trash disposal, quiet hours, and the use of community amenities. Property-specific instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
