A few steps into the living room, you can sink in and relax between a plush couch, two recliners, and a dual reclining sofa—perfect for movie nights on the smart TV or simply unwinding in total comfort.



But the true showstopper is the oversized private lanai, thoughtfully designed for outdoor living. Privacy panels create your own secluded oasis, while outdoor Bluetooth speakers set the soundtrack for your stay. Lounge in one of two charger recliners, sway in the rocker chairs, or gather on the outdoor L-shaped sectional. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the patio.



Bedroom #2 is Mickey and Minnie Mouse themed and includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 is Cars themed and includes a set of twin-over-full bunk beds, a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in garage.

• Driveway and street parking for 4 vehicles available. Parking passes required.

o Parking is available for up to 2 (two) vehicles in the driveway, 4 cars per address.

o Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

o Parking passes are provided at the clubhouse. Guests must check in with the guard at the gate, then proceed to the clubhouse to pick up passes.

o If the clubhouse is closed (outside 9 AM – 9 PM), passes can be obtained directly from the guard at the gate.

o No trailers, RVs, buses or boats in Solana

o Pool heat: $29 per night. 48 hours heads up needed, full stay.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, a Ring camera located at and actively monitoring the entryway.
