Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, balconies, laundry area, and garage.

Guests also have access to Vista Cay Resort amenities, including resort-style pools, fitness center, clubhouse, game room, sports court, playground, BBQ areas, walking and jogging trails, and other community amenities.

After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive check-in instructions, including your personalized door code and resort access information for a smooth and contactless arrival.

MPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in after 12:00 PM, when available: $80
• Late check-out until 12:00 PM, when available: $80. After 12:00 PM, a full nightly rate may apply.
• Pets are allowed upon prior approval for $125 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets.
• No smoking inside the property. Violations may result in a $500 fee.
• Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

This is a self-catering property. A starter supply of essential toiletries, cleaning products, and household items is provided for your arrival. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

A Pack ’n Play and high chair may be available upon request with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.
