Guest have access to the rear building which is a shotgun style 2 residence property. You have your own parking with carport and private entrance and fenced in backyard. Parking can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).
🐶 1 pet max occupancy. 🚭- No Pets or Animals over 25lbs - ALL PETS MUST be disclosed on the reservation count (like a guest)

🚫No Vaping, smoking or other substances indoors. Please clean up after yourself and do not leave cigarettes outside - trash them.

⚠️Failure to schedule late checkout or overstay without prior approval will result in $100 fee or an extra nights rate.
