The large living room downstairs, boasting a wraparound couch and 55” flat screen TV is the perfect place to gather after a long day at the parks. With this open concept home, the kitchen overlooks everything. With upgraded appliances, granite countertops and white wood cabinetry, this modern designed kitchen is incredible. The breakfast bar and dining room are not far away and the perfect place to gather for meals. Whip up some snacks or a huge feast in this stylish and functional kitchen. With 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there is no shortage of space in this home. Sleeping up to 25, everyone will have their own slice of heaven to call home. With 4 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 doubles, everyone can have their own bed. There is also a room with 3 doubles and a room with a double and a twin. Sleeping 25 is no problem here! The Harry Potter themed room, decked out with the perfect bedding and wall decor will be the perfect place for your wizard in training. For the little ones (and the little ones at heart) the Finding Nemo room is also very popular. The upstairs living room, with a 43” TV, is also a great place to catch up on your favorite TV shows. Head back downstairs to the amazing game room! With billiards, air hockey and the ever important A/C, this will be the perfect place to spend your nights. Do not forget to head out back for some outdoor time! The pool and spa, padded sun chairs and outdoor dining set are the best spots to enjoy your day in the sun. This home also comes with a washer and dryer as well as free WiFi for you to use.
There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
