THE SPACE
Spacious, quiet and calm - just what you need after a long day at the parks or convention - with a cozy seating area and 60" Smart TV plus a handy desk in a quiet corner. An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the open living area with comfortable seating. A spacious furnished balcony invites you to enjoy coffee or a cool drink while you watch local birdlife around the lake.

BED & BATH
This lovely home offers 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6 adults/ up to 8 including small children. The master suite has a king bed with luxury pillow-top mattress, 42” TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet. The guest wing has a queen room plus a further room with 2 double beds, both with flat screen TVs and ceiling fans and share a full family bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
