Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, such as the balcony and pool area.
A $250 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the property.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please visit a nearby supermarket to purchase personal toiletries, food, meals, and any additional supplies you may need.

🧺 Towels & Housekeeping

-Washcloths are not provided. In accordance with our hygiene guidelines, guests are encouraged to bring their own washcloths.
-Bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels will be provided according to the number of guests staying at the property.
-There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate.
-The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in. Clean sheets and towels will be available inside the home.
-Mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee of $339.

🚗 Resort parking

Please note that the resort has a maximum of 2-3 cars per property.

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please observe the resort's trash collection schedule and place trash in the designated resort dumpster daily to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

📦 Online Deliveries

USPS does not deliver to vacation homes because the Post Office does not recognize vacation rental properties as regular residential addresses. Packages sent through USPS may be returned to the sender.

Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended.

Depending on the resort, packages may be delivered to the clubhouse and package handling fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept deliveries.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or otherwise unexpected issues with online purchases.

🔥 Pool Heating Important Information

-Cost: $35 per day
-Minimum: 2 consecutive days
-Maximum temperature: 95°F
-Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
-The spa can only be heated when the entire pool heating system is activated
-The pool and attached spa will have the same temperature
-The pool heater operates through a heat exchange system
-The heater may not operate efficiently during cold weather
-If cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature, a refund will not be provided
-The pool heater has an automatic safety system that may temporarily shut down the system during extremely cold conditions or when the pump is working overtime
-Pool heating is an optional service and may occasionally be unavailable due to weather or equipment safety conditions

💰 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply if house rules are not followed, if damage occurs, if the owner needs to repair items due to guest actions, or if excessive cleaning is required after check-out.
