Old Town Kissimmee's rides and shops are about 3 miles away, The Loop (with a Regal cinema) about 6 miles, and Disney Springs about 7 miles. Groceries are easy too — Aldi and Walmart are roughly 5 minutes from the door.



Getting Around:

We suggest renting a car — it's the easiest way to hop between parks, shops and restaurants. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 26 minutes by car, and there's free parking at the house.

🧺 Arrival Essentials

To get you started, we leave a dish sponge, a sealed pack of dishwasher pods, a bottle of dish soap, 2 rolls of paper towels, a sealed box of 10 trash bags and a bottle of liquid laundry detergent — plus mini soap, shampoo/conditioner and 2 toilet paper rolls in every bathroom. Washcloths are available on request (one per guest). For longer visits, a quick grocery run is a good idea.

🏠 House Guidelines

🚭 Smoke-free inside — a $2,500 fee plus odor treatment applies

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine, and the stay may be ended without refund

🗑️ Bag all trash properly — otherwise a $150 cleaning fee



🔍 Cameras & Noise

Outdoor cameras watch the front doorbell, the driveway and the side of the house; there are none indoors. A noise-level sensor (no audio recording) helps us respect the community's quiet hours.
