Please read the email I will send you before you arrive. It has access codes and other information about your stay.
You must acknowledge that you received the email to make sure you can access the house and that you know the house rules.
Other things to note
Please let us know if you would like the private pool to be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $175. Please note that pool heating is only available for stays of 3 nights or more and our team must be notified at least 72h prior to arrival

We ask that you leave our home in near clean condition and observe our house rules. Your stay includes basic cleaning only. Excessive cleaning, excessive laundry and damages to our home will be reported to Airbnb. We will reach out to you first before we pursue a charge to your credit card.
