POOL AREA
Popular by everyone is the outdoor area! Enjoy outside seating area that seats 5 under the sheltered area. There are additional chairs and loungers too. Feel free to turn on the stringed lights at night for added charm.

POOL HEAT DESCRIPTION
* Pool heat is $35 per night including tax. Once pool heat is activated it must remain on for the duration of your stay.
* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival. This will give us time to activate the heat and allow the pool some time to reach temperatures upon your arrival.

** BBQ GRILL: A 4 burner grill can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $65. This will cover the cleaning of the grill so you do not have to worry about cleaning it before checkout. Guests will also be responsible for obtaining their own propane. If there is still propane left on your arrival, feel free to use it, otherwise you will have to make a trip to the store to exchange the propane tank. Theres a Lowes nearby for you to swap the propane tanks.

CHILD FRIENDLY
There is a child safety pool gate, pack and play (travel cot), high chair, stroller, and children's dinnerware.
We don't provide Baby Sheet, Car Seat, and Baby Stair Gate on our property

PARKING - There are two spaces in the driveway and street parking. Please be careful not to run over the grass as there may be in ground sprinklers that could be damaged if run over.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Check in and check out
- We have a firm check-in time at 4PM
- We cannot provide early check-in/late check out during this time due to the busy season and pandemic
Our cleaning and maintenance team needs adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for the next guests arrival.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are security cameras monitoring the front exterior and surrounding perimeter of the property. There are no cameras inside of the home nor are there any cameras directed towards the pool area & back yard to ensure your privacy.
Guest access
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. You have sole access to the entire Home until your check out time.
Other things to note
Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* Dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* Laundry detergent pods
* Toiletry set that includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion & hand soap
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within a few miles (Publix - 0.5 miles, Target - 4.5 miles, Wal-mart - 6.2 miles, Walgreens - 1.5 miles)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter amounts are provided will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
*Linens and towels, however, it is the responsibility of the guest to wash them after each use because we do not provide new linens or towels for longer stays.
