* Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum booking age is 21 years old (at least one guest must meet this requirement).

### Important Information
* **Pool/Spa Heat:** This is an optional service available for an additional charge of $30 per night (must be for the entire stay). Please request this service at least 2 days before your check-in date. The spa is not a separate jacuzzi; it is heated to the same temperature as the pool.
* **Barbecue/Grill:** A grill can be rented for an extra fee of $65 per stay, which includes one propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before check-in.
