Our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. High-touch surfaces are meticulously disinfected, and fresh amenities such as new toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap are provided for your convenience upon arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are treated with professional disinfectants, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap and dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, and a pre-arrival inspection ensures that all high-touch surfaces are sanitized once more. Every detail is attended to so that you can relax and enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

💡 Important Info for Your Stay:

We require a refundable damage deposit of $200, which will be processed 2 days before your check-in date. No need to worry—this amount is fully refundable within 3 business days after checkout, as long as there are no damages or policy violations during your stay.

During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire Condo, including balcony with seating area. The home features two beautifully furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and convenient in-home amenities like a washer and dryer.

As a guest, you’ll also enjoy access to all the exclusive Storey Lake Resort amenities, including the state-of-the-art clubhouse as its centerpiece, guests can enjoy a sparkling resort-style pool, a lazy river, and a splash park that provide endless fun for children and adults alike. Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the well-equipped gym, while sports lovers can indulge in a friendly game of volleyball, basketball, or mini-golf.

All areas of the property are available for your private use, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. On-site parking is included for your convenience.

Before your arrival, a fully online pre-check-in process is required. You'll need to complete a rental agreement and submit a verification form, which includes a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once everything is completed, we’ll provide detailed check-in instructions 2 days before your stay.

These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
