Welcome to our vacation home! Our calendar is always up to date, and you can easily book by selecting your desired dates.

- Pool with heat available for an extra $50 a day takes approximately a day to heat up please note if temperatures dip below 50 degrees it is not realistic to heat the pool this typically only happens in our area maybe 10 to 15 sporadic days throughout our winter

Important Notes:
* While we do welcome and encourage bachelorette groups, birthday groups etc., we do ask that you enjoy the party off property and only bring back guests that are registered.
* Outdoor cameras (Front and backyard and pool can be seen, however the cameras are outside of the screen enclosure.) ensure security, safety, and adherence to guest count.
* Rates are based on 4 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $25 per night fee. Why? We want to give smaller groups the opportunity to stay at our unique property, there is a lot more wear and tare with 13 guests staying.
* Please use plastic cups on the pool deck to avoid a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass. Why the fee? Due to having to drain and professionally clean.
* No smoking indoors; $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.
* In the unlikely event that you have an issue with the property (cleanliness, etc.) please let us know in the first 4 hours of check-in so we can remedy the situation. We have staff on call for this reason and happy to make it right.
*Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.

Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $50 pet fee (includes 2) for the entire stay. Any additional pet is an additional $50.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds (a $200 charge applies for any evidence). Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets, and avoid them using the artificial turf to maintain a pleasant environment. Natural ground is available in the front and backyard. Thank you!

If you are a new guest without reviews we charge a 200$ deposit to be refunded at checkout after the cleaner leaves after check out and lets us know that the house is as it should be. These are the guidelines from Airbnb we like to share these with you.

Treat your Host’s home like your own

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).

Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
The use of confetti, glitter, or similar decorative materials is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. These items are challenging to clean and can cause damage to surfaces and furnishings. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.


Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.

Lawn, cleaning, maintenance, or pool people may come to the property to do maintenance to ensure guests a comfortable stay. If we need access inside we will always call or message first.
Celebrations Welcome: We’re delighted to host bachelorette getaways, birthdays, and other special groups. However, we ask that parties are enjoyed off-property and only registered guests return to the house.
Vintage Charm: Our home is over 60 years old and in excellent condition. If anything needs attention, let us know, and we`ll address it promptly.

To ensure a great experience for all guests, please follow these guidelines:

- If your guest count changes, please inform us in advance.
- Any visitor staying longer than 1 hour is considered a guest and will incur a fee of $25 per person, per day/night.

Cleanliness & Checkout
- Please dispose of all trash in designated bins.
- Start the dishwasher
- Wash and dry used towels
- Leave the home in a tidy condition.
- Avoid excessive mess; cleaning fees cover standard turnover cleaning only.

Prohibited Items
Confetti, glitter, and similar decorative materials are strictly prohibited.

Damages
Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

Pets
- Keep pets off all furniture.
- Clean up after your pets at all times.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
- Do not smoke inside the home under any circumstances.
- Please properly dispose of cigarette butts.

Security Cameras: Cameras are located outdoors only for your safety and security.

Pool Policy
For your safety, please use plastic cups (provided) around the pool. A $200 cleaning fee applies for any glass breakage that requires draining and professional cleaning.

Initial Check-In Concerns: If any issues arise, please inform us within the first 4 hours of check-in, and we’ll make it right.
Tropical Environment: Florida’s environment may bring occasional critters. Monthly maintenance helps, but please keep doors/windows closed, seal food, and dispose of trash regularly. Contact us if the issue persists.

Routine Maintenance: Lawn care, cleaning, maintenance, or hot tub servicing may occur during your stay. We’ll always notify you if access inside is needed.

Security Deposit: New guests without prior reviews will be charged a $200 deposit, refunded after checkout upon the cleaner’s approval.

Damage: Report any damages promptly and work with us to resolve any issues fairly.
