The home features a comfortable open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it easy for everyone to spend time together.

The living room includes comfortable leather seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private pool area. Large windows and doors bring in plenty of natural light and provide views toward the pool and lake.

KITCHEN & DINING:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Amenities include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, and more.

The indoor dining area features a table with seating for 6, along with additional bar-style seating at the kitchen counter.

For outdoor dining, there is an additional table with seating for 6 under the covered portion of the pool deck.

Bedroom 3:

A third full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway near Bedroom 3.

One of the highlights of this home is the private screened swimming pool overlooking a beautiful lake with no rear neighbors.

Relax beside the pool on one of the loungers, enjoy a meal outdoors under the covered lanai, or simply sit back and enjoy the peaceful lake view.

The pool deck includes 2 sun loungers and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.

GAMES AREA:

The garage includes a three-in-one games table featuring pool, air hockey, and table tennis, providing additional entertainment for the family when you’re taking a break from the theme parks.

LAUNDRY:

The home includes a private washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

PARKING:

Parking is available in the driveway, which measures approximately 15 feet by 24 feet and accommodates up to 2 vehicles.

Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked on the street, blocking any portion of the sidewalk, or parked on the grass may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Commercial vehicles and trailers are also prohibited.

SAFETY & LICENSING:

This single-level vacation home is licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with required safety features, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and pool safety alarms and/or a pool safety fence.

SELF-CATERING HOME:

This is a self-catering vacation home, which means you will have the accommodations and facilities needed to prepare your own meals, but additional household supplies are not replenished during your stay.

A small starter supply may be provided and can include bathroom soap, one trash bag in each garbage can, a small amount of laundry detergent, dish detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Guests should plan to purchase any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their stay.
