Majestic retreat located in the gated royal enclave of Formosa Gardens Estates. From the moment you walk in the front door of this exquisitely planned and fully furnished home, you will immediately recognize the care and attention that has been taken to address every detail to help to make this home among the very best in this high quality community. This home offers an oversized living room with cathedral ceilings and is surrounded by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and a convenient dinette with a separate formal dining room. You will be impressed by each of the seven bedrooms which include three master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first floor. There is an additional master bedroom on the second floor along with three whimsically themed children's bedrooms that will extend their cheerful day at the parks. All of the bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen televisions for your additional convenience. This home also has a spectacular completely screened outdoor recreational area that includes a large swimming pool, spa, an attached Mickey's pool and everyone's favorite, a FANTASTIC SPLASH PAD! The lanai provides a surplus of seating either under cover with plenty of shade or out in the open on the patio furniture and lounges to soak up the wonderful Florida sunshine. As the day winds down, you will be sure to enjoy your favorite movie in the spectacular Theater Room that is equipped with a gigantic wall mounted 80 inch flat screen television with a thunderous sound system. Conveniently located vacation home just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and the new Margaretville Resort and water park. Mickey's Oasis has a long large driveway that enables free parking for upto 6 vehicles. Very close to Disney World, very short drive to Magic kingdom. This home had everything that a family would need, so many extras that most houses do not have, like beach towels for the pool blankets for the movie theater room & much much more.We will stay here again.

Mickey's Oasis - Wonderful Retreat!!!

Everything about this home is great! Don't miss out!! Book it today!! We were there to rest and relax for the Thanksgiving holiday. Kitchen was well stocked for our meals, the lanai & pool/spa heat was great for relaxing, the movie theatre w surround sound was awesome. Very spacious for everyone to have plenty of room/time to themselves. We will be back as soon as we can!!!

Great trip for AAU Nationals!

We stayed for 2 weeks while at AAU Nationals @ Orange Conv. Center. We enjoyed the pool during our downtime. Since we had a different guests in coming at different times, it was great that there were a lot of bedrooms and private bathrooms because it gave everyone their own space. It was well stocked with kitchen accessories. The location is nice (except for Orlando traffic - lol) and it is very private. It was clean. Movie night was great to unwind too after a long day of volleyball.

Owners and local management company very responsive to any questions/issues. Property was perfect upon arrival. The pool, spa, and splash pad were outstanding and heavily utilized by our group of 13 people that ranged in age from 9 to 74. Very nice gated community that was convenient to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

Home was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was as pictures on-line. Location to Disney and shopping excellent. Pool heat was satisfactory and clean. Grill was clean. Owner and managers were very responsive. It would been helpful to know before booking that the top bunk only holds 100 pounds. It would have also been helpful to know that temperature of the home was controlled remotely. However, the owner was responsive about this. Some of the TV's had issue, and again the owner and manager were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this home.

Fantastic family rental

This is a perfect home for a large group. Fourteen of us. Well equipped and all the beds were comfortable. The house is beautiful as is the pool area. The neighbourhood is quiet and very close to Disney, restaurants and shopping. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had to call the property manager once to fix a fuse and it was done before we got back to the house. We are extreme theme park lovers but the house was so awesome we took 4 days off just to hang out by the pool.

A Real Oasis!

Mickey's Villa was exceptional. Property was clean and comfortable. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay here. Kids loved the pool! I loved the jacuzzi. Great spot to return to after a busy day at the parks. Also , has a very well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect for Families

This is the perfect home for a large family or group of friends. The pool area is large and well accommodated and the home itself is beautiful. Everything we needed for out stay was on hand, including strollers. I would definitely recommend it to friends. Our only complaint was in regard to the thermostat resetting to a higher temp every time we left for the day. I suffer from a condition that causes me to overheat quite easily and it was somewhat frustrating to return after a long day of struggling to keep myself cool at the parks to find that the thermostat had been reset to nearly 80 degrees again. It did cool down fairly quickly considering the size of the home, but it was still an inconvenience. Aside from that, we had no complaints at all. The owners were on site when we arrived and they were great.

Spring Break 2022

This was everything that it said it would be. Perfect for our family of 8 Adults, 7 kids ( one 6 weeks old ). It had everything we needed in the house. The pool and splash pad was a hit with the kids. The adults enjoyed the pool. Having an outside eating area was enjoyable for gathering and getting out of the sun and still be by the pool to watch the kids. Highly recommend this house.

Close to parks, nice clean property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as described, great communication with property manager. We were advised as soon as we checked in that the dishwasher was being replaced and they supplied us with paper plates, utensils, cups, etc in the meantime. It was replaced after day 3 and was no inconvenience at all. The pool is wonderful, our granddaughter had a blast. The house is very close to the Westgate Resort which was sometimes noisy when we were on the pool deck but if you are travelling with kids, you won't even notice! We just had the one infant so we were pretty quiet which is the only reason we noticed. The house had more than enough room for us to spread out and the theater room was amazing!

We stayed the week of August 8-15 and we had a blast! The home was a great size, very clean and met all of our expectations! Close to Disney, pool was great, great shops close by! We were two families with 2 kids each. Kids ages were 8, 5,4,2 and we had PLENTY of space. Could have easily had another family or 2 stay. We would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Disney with a young family!

Great Location and proximity to Disney Parks and Universal

Amazing property! We came for the Cheerleading Summit and were looking for a location close to the ESPN WWOS, this was the one. Super close! The house was clean, very spacious and perfect for all 8 of us. The adults stayed downstairs and the children stayed upstairs. We had more rooms then people! The theater room was a hit! We had a minor issue with the TV system, but it was resolved immediately the next day. The pool/ Lanai was perfect! The deep pool was perfect for our older teens, but don't worry, there is a splash pad and Mickey pool for the babies. The hot tub was spacious and oh so comforting. The screened in Lanai was definitely the most popular spot for all of us. Lots of dining seating, 2 large tables outside and 2 inside. Everything about this house was amazing. The doors are high tech with a keypad, very convenient for multiple families, no key to share. There is an abnoxious pool alarm that goes off if you forget to press the button, but we understand the necessity to keep the young ones safe. The only issue we had was the Subdivision gate, the gate keeper was hard to hear and sometimes the line to enter was a bit long. This house is close to everything! Publix, Wal-Mart, tons of restaurants and shopping, you name it! The homeowners were very accommodating, tons of pool towels, regular towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishes, etc. Thank you for making our trip sooo relaxing!
