The home has access to Solara Resort's incredible amenities with Disney World just a 25-minute drive away. Enjoy the upscale clubhouse and pool, with a range of children's parks, splash pad and water slides, and a state-of-the-art gym. Play sports on the courts and fields, and dine at delicious restaurants all within the resort. Unique to this resort, experience the incredible Solara Resort FlowRider, a surf simulator that is the delight of both adults and children.

The Neighborhood:
Solara Resort is only 8 miles to Disney and within a short drive to Universal, SeaWorld, and I-Drive. This gated resort community is in the center of it all! An extensive amenity complex is at the heart of the Solara Resort and it includes luxuries to satisfy every member of your family, including a splash park, FlowRider® surf simulator, teen hangout, and bar. You're also close to a wide range of shopping and dining options with Solara. This resort has it all!

Getting Around:
Rental car is highly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.

2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.

3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. If you would like us to have all child gates installed, notify us when booking the home.

5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.

6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.

8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.

9.This will be a self-catering house.

10. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
