This newly built home offers a modern, elegant design with spacious interiors, blending comfort and style. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxation and socializing. Step outside to a spacious outdoor area featuring a heatable private pool and comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day at the parks.

Sleeping arrangements include:
Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Chic master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Lavish king suite featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): Mickey-themed room with two single beds
Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Harry Potter-themed room with two double beds
(Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom, there is a half bathroom on the 1st floor)
